In short: Sprint Board TV doesn't collect any personal data. There's no account with us, no server of ours that the app talks to, no analytics and no ads. The app talks only to your own Jira site and to Apple.

What the app keeps, and where

Your Jira connection

To show your board, the app needs your Jira site's address, the email of your Atlassian account and an API token. The address and email are kept on the Apple TV. The token is kept in the Apple TV's encrypted keychain, on that device only: it is never synced to iCloud and never shown again once entered. The app uses them only to read your board from your Jira site, over an encrypted connection.

The tickets, names and pictures the board shows come straight from your Jira site to the TV. They aren't stored anywhere else, and they aren't sent to us or anyone else.

The TVs on your plan

To count how many Apple TVs use a plan, each TV keeps a small entry in the iCloud of the Apple Account the TVs share: the name you gave that TV (such as "Reception") and when it was last on. It lives in your own iCloud, where only Sprint Board on your devices can read it. We can't see it. An entry disappears by itself two weeks after its TV was last on, and you can remove one at any time in the app's Settings, under TVs in use.

Choices such as standup time and speaking order are kept on the Apple TV.

Purchases

Plans are bought and managed through Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells developers how many subscriptions were sold and in which countries, not who bought them. Apple's privacy policy covers the purchase itself.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles the technical details of each visit (such as an IP address) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Children

Sprint Board TV is a tool for work teams and isn't directed at children. It collects no data from anyone.

Removing your data

Since we hold nothing about you, there's nothing for us to delete. On the Apple TV, Settings › Jira › Sign out deletes the token. Deleting the app removes everything else it kept on the device. Entries in the TV list leave your iCloud by themselves after two weeks, or straight away from Settings › TVs in use.
